I have to wait for it to reconnect. It is annoying, wasting time and ruining my flow.
The second issue is that the scanning could be a lot faster. I have another app for work that also scans barcodes. That thing is straight up magic. On this app I have to dance the object front and back.
So the scanning speed needs improvement. Can you add an option to have the 10 key number keyboard pop up when manually typing in a barcode?

And there's no way to turn of the "scan session" thing, which I don't need and which makes the app too freaking complicated. Switched to a similar app from XConnected.
